1966 Jaguar E-Type Series
In 1921 the famous marque Jaguar began its long journey towards perfection; towards the E-type. In Blackpool, England, a young man named William Lyons purchased a Swallow sidecar from William Walmsley for his Norton motorcycle. One year later, Lyons suggested they go into business producing sidecars and move production from Walmsley's parents' garage to a large facility. Five years later in 1927, the duo progressed from cycles and created the bodywork for Austin Motors' Austin Seven.
